CALLER NOTES!

Each Sunday, 11:15am, a team from our congregation leads a worship service in the Game Room at the TEMPLE MERIDIAN, 4312 South 31^st St. All are welcome to come and share in the joy of this service which includes open communion.

LOVE IS IN THE AIR ... Avoid the local Valentine’s Day lunch rush and come enjoy a Valentine’s meal in Kress Fellowship Hall hosted by the Life Point Team following worship on Sun., Feb. 14. The menu will include spaghetti, garlic bread, a wonderful salad, strawberry shortcake, and chocolate Valentine’s brownies. Yum!!!
Cost: a love donation! Your donation will help provide the team with items for their youth room. The kids will be working hard to prepare and are anxious to share with you!

Life Point meets Wednesdays, 6:00pm, in Rm 108. Boys & girls age 8-11 are invited to meet with leader, Bonnie Kirby. Come check it out!!!

DISCIPLE WOMEN’S FELLOWSHIP meets in study & worship on Mon., Feb. 15, 2:30pm in the Parlor. All women are invited!
This month’s program - Families in Crisis - will be given by Eva Marie Farley.

Mark your calendar ... The next CLOSER TOUCH MEETING is Mon., Feb. 22, 11:30am, in the Parlor. We have a special program this month. Our Area Minister, Dr. Ken Hall, will be here to share about his Global Ministries trip to the Middle East last year. Everyone - not just Senior Adults - is invited to bring a favorite covered-dish and join in!

WORLD DAY OF PRAYER - sponsored by the Church Women of the Temple Area - will be Fri., March 5, 12 noon, at St. Luke’s Catholic Church in Temple.

CHURCH WOMEN OF THE TEMPLE AREA meet Mon., March 15, 12 noon, in our Kress Hall. First United Methodist Church of Belton will co-host, and the program will be a musical presentation by Macedonia Baptist.

One of our members is making a trip south in March and is willing to take donations to GOOD SAMARITAN MINISTRY in Los Fresnos. Rice & beans are staples the mission can always use. If you would like to donate, please leave your items in Kress Hall foyer.
